Who’s ready for some amazing riding weather in June?! Although we complain about the storms and rain, we are VERY THANKFUL for ALL of our donors who make our rides possible! Here is your monthly email to keep you updated and in the know: Happened in May: Chris Tutt and Gabe Canal have been hard at work representing Rose City Racing on the Road circuit. Gabe Canal on a team went out to the Texas State Time Trial Championship and worked as a team to snag P1/2 1st Place Team! Chris Tutt took hard earned podiums coming in second at Jesuit Road Race, and 3rd at Davy Crockett! Way to represent guys!!! TMBRA race, May 5th: Mary Beth Keeling did not make it to this race as she suffered an injury at 4R. Congratulations to Blake Keeling for 3rd in the Pro/Cat1 race. The race course had to be altered substantially due to large sections of the course under water.  We had our routine 2nd Saturday Gravel between Rusk and Crockett for something new. MAY we go cycling?  Cinco de Mayo, May the 4th…..  May is such a FUN month! We are greatly appreciative to ALL of our donors for making cycling in East Texas so much FUN! Here is your monthly email to keep you updated and in the know:   Happened in April: Rain, then more rain, and winter returned briefly. Sadly we had a few cancelled rides because of this.  We had a great ride and a good turnout for the Cushing Gravel Ride.  We had our Q1 Race Reimbursement night and though it was early in the season, we had 11 racers compete in 30 total races for Q1 this year. Can’t wait to see ALLLL the racing that happens in Q2. Keep up all the hard work.  Piney Woods Classic UCI race out in LA drew 55 of the  fastest MTB racers in the area and our Blake Keeling raced putting in some hard work finishing 43rd for the day. That same weekend out in Comfort at the Storm Hill Challenge, Cole Robinson and  Marybeth Keeling raced. Cole Robinson f

  April showers bring.......... Oh wait, cyclists don’t like showers! We are greatly appreciative to our donors for making such a fun 2024 possible. Here is your monthly email to keep you updated and in the know: Happened in March: • Welcome to our new Board elect Vice President, Ben Morgan. Ben has been a long-standing Tyler athlete to include running and cycling, but for the last ten years predominantly cycling in all different categories to include MTB, Gravel, Road and more. You may have seen him out on the Trails, at the MTB Judgement Day event last summer, or at the Renegade Rambler most recently. He is one of our organization sponsors and has been serving on our Gravel committee. He has a passion for all things cycling and creating a community for ALL cyclists to feel welcome and engaged in cycling activities. He is also well versed in event planning from his Marathon Directing days, to the local Energy Summit, and will be the Race Director for our upcoming Beauty and the Beast!
